Two groups, one table, two bills. Friends arrive late and get their own order — not a re-opened ticket.
02 · how a service runs

Four taps from greeting to kitchen

1

Tap the table, tag the group

“George”, “window couple”, “birthday party”. The tag shows on the floor map so anyone can pick up the table.
2

Add items with extras and notes

Options priced per line, quick notes for the kitchen, and every allergen on the card before the guest has to ask.
3

Send once, print everywhere

Kitchen, bar and pastry each get their own ticket at their own printer. The order locks the moment it prints.
4

Settle however they ask

Temporary receipt for the table, then cash, card or voucher in any order until the balance hits zero.
03 · the awkward bit

One guest pays cash for one Coke. The other two pay by card.

Three Cokes on the table, five portions of fries, and everyone wants to pay for what they had. ServeFast tracks payment at the level of a single unit — pay one of three, then two of three plus one of five, in whatever order the table decides. The rest stays open until the balance is zero.
